“My car was stolen from the parking lot of my work, I filed a claim and everyone was nice and seemed accomodating….at first. It has taken many many months and the claim still has not been paid. Everytime the date approaches when they said they will send the check they ask me for something else. The most recent thing was a copy of my vehicle maintenance records, showing when I had the oil changed…. What does this have to do with my vehicle being stolen? They are stalling……. “These people are the worst, don’t ever get your policy with them. They find ways to avoid paying the claim and make you wait forever, they try to force you into using their repair shops.” Kevin F.

“I was in an accident (not my fault) which resulted in large medical bills for the injuries I had. I had a decent policy and they should have paid quickly, but they didn’t. I have had to fight them every step of the way and my medical bills have been turned over to collection agencies.
