While out riding one sunny afternoon, my husband and I were hit by a customer of American family, It took almost a year to get anything out of them, even though on the police report it stated that the driver that hit us was at fault, customer service is horrible as they kept our lawyer at bay telling them that they were still looking at the accident scene and all of the medical papers, Not until after our lawyer threatened to take them to court did they pay up. In 12 months of being with them they have changed my payments 6 times, one month it will be high the next month it will be low, when I try to call about it, I never get an answer, I suggest anyone thinking about moving to Amfam to stay away, Jessie
