After being on hold, the representative placed him on hold to speak to a supervisor. Even though the supervisor promised that his issue would be taken care of promptly, it never was. In the end, Steve switched auto insurance companies because he got tired of waiting and was fed up with their poor customer service. Lily had a similar experience. She was able to get through to a representative after a long wait time and ended up being transferred to a supervisor. The supervisor promised Lily’s issue would be resolved, but she says it still has not been. She plans on switching auto insurance companies in the near future.
