Their biggest complaints seem to be the amount of time they are placed on hold and their issues not being resolved as promised. One customer, Steve said it was hard to get a hold of a representative. He claimed that after going through a lengthy automated system, he was on hold for almost an hour waiting to speak to someone. After being on hold, the representative placed him on hold to speak to a supervisor. Even though the supervisor promised that his issue would be taken care of promptly, it never was. In the end, Steve switched auto insurance companies because he got tired of waiting and was fed up with their poor customer service. Lily had a similar experience. She was able to get through to a representative after a long wait time and ended up being transferred to a supervisor. The supervisor promised Lily’s issue would be resolved, but she says it still has not been. She plans on switching auto insurance companies in the near future.
