Customer Reviews

According to statistics compiled by Epinions, Shelter Insurance Company customers are somewhat satisfied with the company, giving it an average of two and a half stars out of a possible five. Most customers state that Shelter Insurance Company’s prices are reasonable, but caution that the consumer “gets what they pay for” by dealing with high deductibles and that they experience frequent turnover of agent, which leads to customer difficulties.
